Office of Senior Deputy Registrar

The Office of the Senior Deputy Registrar manages general administrative duties and tasks on the development and administration of human resource, staffing matters and support system

Organisational Management & Governance (OMG)

The Organisational Management & Governance Division handles the organisation of official events and manages the appointment affairs of administrative and management positions of the university as well as the planning and execution of governance and organisational strategies

Human Talent Development (HTD)

Tasked with developing the full potential and talent of staff through various mechanisms of skill enhancement and knowledge cultivation

Human Talent Management (HTM)

The Human Talent Management Division is managing the general affairs and matters of staff regarding appointment, promotion, visa services, emoluments, and other related tasks.

Human Talent Services (HTS)

Management of general and specific services to staff at all levels including welfare and support system as well as analysis and assessment of staff performance, retirement and record of service

Security Office

The Security Office is tasked to oversee the safety and security on campus with its various units that are tasked to ensure order and security of both the people and hard asset and facilities. Main tasks include crime prevention and management, traffic control and general security

UM Clinic

The UM Clinic serves as the main platform of health services to the entire campus community, providing medical and emergency services with a strategic location at the centre of the campus for the needs and convenience of the campus community

Centre for Counselling & Disability Empowerment (CCDE)

The CCDE empowers the access and development programmes for people with disability through various enhancement activities as well as providing counselling and mental support services to those in need

Leadership & Succession Planning Centre (LSPC)

The LSPC enhances the cultivation and advancement of leadership qualities and values and in charting a strategic aim of succession planning for staff with the aim of uplifting potential and impact from a comprehensive and forward-looking human capital
