The Office of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Development) is equipped with trained professional and supporting staff with vast experience. This allows us to:

• Build infrastructures that are environmental and people friendly, safe and energy efficient;
• Create conducive, comfortable working and living environments for the campus community;
• Practise proper development and effective maintenance culture with modern and IT enabled facilities;
• Enhanced and integrated access to the most current and comprehensive information and knowledge sources;
• Develop an integrated traffic and transportation system which is efficient and safe;
• Provide adequate facilities for recreational, sports and cultural activities;
• Continually improve the quality of general services for campus community
